National flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) has announced its Ultimate Seat Sale, offering discounted fares on select international and domestic routes from August 30 to September 20, 2024. The sale features round-trip base fares as low as USD 73 for international flights and one-way base fares starting at PHP 209 for domestic travel.

The promotion allows passengers to book flights for immediate travel or plan future trips, with the travel period beginning August 30, 2024. Bookings can be made through the airline’s website, mobile app, ticketing offices, and travel agent partners.

In a separate announcement, PAL’s frequent flyer program, Mabuhay Miles, revealed the renewal of its partnership with SM Advantage Card (SMAC), originally established in June 2022. The collaboration aims to enhance loyalty rewards for members of both programs.

Effective September 1, the partnership introduces an improved conversion rate between SMAC Points and Mabuhay Miles, allowing members to potentially increase their shopping and travel benefits.

PAL President and Chief Operating Officer Capt. Stanley K. Ng stated, “This partnership represents more than just a synergy between two esteemed brands; it signifies a commitment to enhancing the lives and experiences of our loyal customers, setting a new benchmark for the industry.”

Kevin Hartigan-Go, SMAC Chief Operating Officer, added, “We are grateful to have found a partner in PAL Mabuhay Miles that shares our values and dedication to providing the best services and fostering customer loyalty.”

The airline advises that travel seasonality, blackout dates, and terms and conditions apply to the Ultimate Seat Sale. For more information about the sale and loyalty programs, customers can visit the official websites of Philippine Airlines and SMAC.
