Emirates has introduced a complimentary coach service for its Economy Class passengers flying to and from Clark International Airport (CRK), effective today, June 10, 2025. This new offering aims to provide a more seamless and convenient travel experience for customers based in Metro Manila.

The shuttle service will operate between the New Genesis P2P Bus Terminal at Trinoma, Quezon City (TRP), and Clark International Airport in Pampanga. This provides a direct link for travelers, making the journey to and from the airport more accessible and stress-free.

To avail of the service, passengers must hold a valid Emirates Economy Class ticket (ticket number beginning with 176). The coach service must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, as passengers without a prior reservation will not be permitted to board.

Booking the complimentary coach is integrated into the flight reservation process. Customers purchasing tickets on emirates.com should select Trinoma (TRP) as their origin or destination city. Those booking through a travel agent must request that the agent add the Trinoma bus service to their itinerary before the ticket is issued.

The new coach service follows recent strategic moves by the airline to increase its presence in the Philippines. Earlier this year, Emirates signed agreements with the Department of Tourism to boost inbound tourism and with Philippine Airlines to explore an expanded partnership.
