Philippine Airlines (PAL) is commemorating its 84th anniversary by rolling out a specially curated dessert selection that celebrates Filipino culinary heritage. The limited-time offerings, available from March 15 to May 31, aim to bring the best of Philippine flavors to global travelers on select international routes.

The flag carrier’s anniversary desserts showcase how food can evoke nostalgia and tell stories of cultural heritage through taste. This culinary initiative is a testament to PAL’s commitment to providing service excellence and creating memorable journeys for its passengers.

Three signature desserts headline the anniversary celebration. The Trio Bite-Sized Dessert Plate features a Classic Leche Flan topped with cantaloupe syrup, candied orange, and coconut cream; a Southern Chocolate Ganache Cake Slice made with premium Davao cacao; and Pacencia cookies filled with mango butter cream.

Business class passengers traveling to North American destinations including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and New York will enjoy the complete Trio Bite-Sized Dessert Plate. Alternatively, they can select the iconic Filipino halo-halo, a refreshing mix of sweetened fruits and toppings, or opt for a cheese platter or ice cream.

For passengers flying business class to Honolulu and Australian destinations, PAL offers the Southern Chocolate Ganache Cake Slice. This decadent dessert highlights premium cacao beans grown and sourced from skilled artisans in Davao, showcasing Philippine agricultural excellence on the international stage.

Each dessert has been meticulously created to represent PAL’s “Care that comes from the heart” service philosophy. This attention to detail is evident in the innovative twists added to traditional favorites, such as the leche flan’s enhancement with slow-simmered cantaloupe syrup and white chocolate topping.

Travelers interested in experiencing these special anniversary desserts can book business class flights through www.philippineairlines.com or the Philippine Airlines mobile app.
