Cebu Pacific has announced, through its help page, that all AirSWIFT flights will transition to the Cebu Pacific system starting March 24, 2025, following the P1.75 billion acquisition of the boutique airline. The integration adds premier tourist destinations like El Nido, Palawan to the low-cost carrier’s route map.
Passengers with existing AirSWIFT bookings are advised to prepare for several key transition dates that will affect their travel arrangements. The most critical date is March 24, when all AirSWIFT flights will officially operate under Cebu Pacific’s system starting at 12:00 noon (PHT).
Key dates for passengers
AirSWIFT’s online check-in portal will become temporarily unavailable starting 6:00 PM on March 21, 2025. Passengers traveling between March 23-24 who haven’t checked in before this time will need to complete check-in at the airport on their day of travel.
Travelers are encouraged to manage their AirSWIFT bookings before 6:00 PM on March 23, as the website will undergo maintenance with all features disabled after this time. For flights departing on March 24, bookings can only be managed at the airport.
Starting March 25, passengers will receive new Cebu Pacific-issued itinerary receipts with new booking reference numbers. These new credentials will be required for online check-in and can be used to manage bookings through Cebu Pacific’s website and mobile app.

Changes to booking and check-in procedures
According to Cebu Pacific, passengers flying on AirSWIFT flights departing March 24 must check in at airport counters using their original booking details and valid identification. For flights departing March 25 onwards, travelers can use self-service kiosks with their new Cebu Pacific booking reference numbers.
The airline assures that no additional charges will result from this migration, based on the help page’s FAQ section. All bookings and transactions completed before March 24 will follow AirSWIFT’s original terms and conditions, while any changes made on or after that date will follow updated conditions offering greater flexibility.
New benefits for travelers
Following the transition, AirSWIFT flights booked through Cebu Pacific’s platforms from March 24 will be eligible to earn Go Rewards points. Passengers must enter their Go Rewards number at the time of booking or during online check-in to receive these benefits.
Customers will also eventually gain access to Cebu Pacific’s add-on services, though some features like CEB Meals may be temporarily unavailable immediately after the transition. All AirSWIFT flights to and from Manila will operate from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2.
Cebu Pacific acquired AirSWIFT Transport Inc. from ALI Capital Corp. for P1.75 billion in a deal that included 100% of AirSWIFT’s shares. The boutique airline operates five ATR turboprop aircraft similar to Cebgo’s fleet, serving domestic leisure destinations including El Nido, Cebu, Boracay, Coron, and Bohol.
Passengers looking for more information about the transition can contact the AirSWIFT Hotline at +63 2 5318 5940 or +63 917 816 8763, available daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or use Cebu Pacific’s 24/7 chat service via their app or website.
