Cebu Pacific reported a significant milestone at Clark International Airport, carrying more than one million passengers in 2024, representing a 36% increase from the previous year’s figures.

The Philippine low-cost carrier substantially expanded its operations at its Clark hub, nearly doubling its monthly flight frequencies from 441 in January to 872 by December 2024. The airline’s seat capacity saw a corresponding growth of 102%, rising from 79,000 to 161,000 monthly seats during the same period.

“We are delighted by the strong growth we achieved in 2024, which highlights the growing demand for accessible air travel among our passengers from central and northern Luzon,” said Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific’s Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer.

The expansion at Clark serves as a strategic move to enhance connectivity for travelers from key regions including Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya, Benguet, Isabela, and La Union.

Currently, Cebu Pacific operates seven domestic routes from Clark, connecting to popular destinations such as Boracay (Caticlan), Cebu, and Davao. The airline maintains 73 weekly domestic frequencies, with services to Boracay and Cebu seeing the highest frequency at 21 and 24 weekly flights respectively.

On the international front, the carrier serves four destinations from Clark: Bangkok, Hong Kong, Tokyo (Narita), and Singapore, operating 36 weekly frequencies across these routes. Hong Kong leads with 14 weekly services, while Bangkok, Singapore, and Tokyo are served with seven to eight weekly flights each.

This expansion at Clark forms part of Cebu Pacific’s broader network, which encompasses 35 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
