Korean Air will introduce a fourth daily flight between Seoul Incheon and Manila beginning November 24, expanding its service in response to growing travel demand between South Korea and the Philippines.

The new late-night service, operating as KE619/620, will depart Seoul Incheon at 21:40 and arrive in Manila at 01:05 the following day. The return flight will leave Manila at 02:20 and arrive in Seoul at 07:25, facilitating connections to North American destinations.

Korean Air will deploy its Airbus A321neo aircraft on the route, configured with eight business class and 174 economy class seats.

“As air travel demand continues to grow, we are strengthening our commitment to the Philippines market through continued investment and service expansion,” said Byung Kwon Lee, Philippines Country Manager at Korean Air.

“Even in an evolving operating environment, we remain focused on providing enhanced connectivity and travel options for both business and leisure travelers, supporting the growing commercial and tourism links between our regions and beyond.”

The route expansion comes as South Korea maintains its position as the Philippines’ largest source of international visitors in 2024. The two countries have also strengthened their economic ties, with South Korea ranking as the Philippines’ fifth-largest trading partner in 2023, recording bilateral trade worth USD 12.02 billion.

Korean Air has maintained operations in the Philippines for over 30 years. The airline currently serves 120 destinations across 43 countries through its global network.
