With the anticipated surge in travelers for the upcoming Undas break, Cebu Pacific has released a series of reminders to ensure smooth operations and passenger convenience. The airline emphasizes the importance of pre-flight preparation to navigate the expected airport congestion.

The airline urges passengers to verify their flight details, including terminal assignments, well in advance of their departure. Flights with the 5J code operate from NAIA Terminal 3, while DG flights currently operate from NAIA Terminal 4 until Nov. 6, after which they will move to NAIA Terminal 2. Passengers are strongly advised to confirm their terminal assignments to avoid confusion.

Given anticipated heavier traffic, the budget carrier recommends arriving at the airport at least three hours prior to domestic departures and four hours before international flights, with Dubai flights allowing for check-in up to seven hours early. Check-in counters close 45 minutes before domestic departures and one hour before international flights.

Online check-in via the Cebu Pacific mobile app or website is encouraged to reduce airport wait times. The airline also notes the relocation of its check-in counters at NAIA Terminal 3 to Aisles A and B, effective Oct. 18. Counters A1-A15 are for online check-in passengers, while others are directed to counters A17-A29 and B1-B15.

International travelers are reminded to complete their eTravel forms at least 72 hours before departure and arrival. Passengers are also urged to review the airline’s baggage policy and consider purchasing baggage online to avoid higher airport fees. A self-baggage drop option is available in select domestic airports.

Moreover, the airline emphasizes the importance of allowing sufficient time for pre-flight procedures and suggests passengers proceed directly to immigration and security after check-in to minimize delays.
