As the holiday season approaches, AirAsia Philippines is providing travelers with booking strategies to help them secure the best deals on flights.

First Officer Steve Dailisan, AirAsia Philippines Communications and Public Affairs Head, said, “Many of our guests are now planning their holiday travels, and knowing the right booking strategies can help them maximize savings. These hacks are also intended to educate our guests on managing their travel plans, ensuring they make the most out of their travel budgets.”

The airline recommends booking flights at least 21-30 days in advance for the best rates and suggests scheduling travel during off-peak seasons. Travelers are advised to avoid booking on Mondays and Fridays, which are typically busier, and instead opt for midweek flights on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.

For those looking to take advantage of promotions, AirAsia suggests following the airline’s social media accounts for real-time updates on fare sales. Ensuring a stable and fast internet connection is crucial for smooth transactions, especially when booking during popular sale periods. The airline also advises booking flights in the early hours of the first day of promotions, as sales often activate at midnight, increasing the chances of securing the best possible deals.

To encourage travelers to use these tips, AirAsia is launching its “LFG All Seats, All Flights” promotion from October 7-13. The offer includes a 20% discount on domestic and international flights, including the newly launched route to Nagoya, Japan. Travel dates for this promotion span from October 21, 2024, to May 31, 2025.

Dailisan also shared recent performance figures, stating, “We recently closed Q3 2024 with over 1.6 million passengers flown. We are entering Q4 on a strong note, with more than 500,000 seats already sold which is already more than 30% of our Q4 target.”

The airline reminds passengers that its terminal assignments remain unchanged, with domestic flights departing from Terminal 2 and international flights from Terminal 3.

Travelers are advised to check the airline’s official website or app for the most up-to-date information on promotions and booking policies.
