Budget airline Cebu Pacific expanded its fleet on September 13, 2024, with the arrival of its 11th aircraft this year.
The Airbus A320-271N, registered as RP-C4350, touched down at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila after a ferry flight from Bengaluru, India.
The aircraft, bearing manufacturer serial number (MSN) 8077, was originally delivered to IndiGo Airlines in May 2018. It operated under the registration VT-IVJ before being transferred to Cebu Pacific.
RP-C4350 is configured to seat 180 passengers and is powered by two Pratt & Whitney engines. The A320neo series is known for its fuel efficiency, consuming 15% less fuel per flight compared to previous generations, according to Airbus.
With this latest addition, Cebu Pacific’s fleet now comprises 9 Airbus A330s, 40 Airbus A320s, 22 Airbus A321s, and 15 ATR turboprop aircraft.
