Air France plans to introduce non-stop service between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Manila, Philippines, beginning December 7, 2024.
The airline will operate three weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays using an Airbus A350-900 aircraft, fitted with 34 seats in Business class, 24 in Premium Economy, and 266 in Economy.
Flight AF208 will depart Paris at 11:20 p.m. and arrive in Manila at 7:30 p.m. the following day. The return flight, AF209, will leave Manila at 9:50 p.m. and land in Paris at 5:50 a.m. the next day.
This schedule is subject to government approval.
The Paris-Manila service complements KLM’s existing four weekly flights from Amsterdam to Manila. Together, Air France and KLM will provide daily service to the Philippine capital.
The Manila route is one of five new destinations Air France plans to introduce for the winter 2024-2025 season. Other new routes include Salvador de Bahia, Brazil; Kilimanjaro, Tanzania; Malé, Maldives; and Kiruna, Sweden.
In Asia, Air France will continue to serve Tokyo Haneda, Osaka, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Seoul, Bangkok, Singapore, and Ho Chi Minh City with varying frequencies.
Passengers can find detailed information on flight schedules, times, and fares on the Air France website.
Might be interesting to mention the AF flights Paris to Manila are extremely expensive, double, almost triple compared to other airlines (but those are not direct flights)
