AeroConnections partners with PT NTP for engine MRO services

AeroConnections, a United Arab Emirates-based aviation aftermarket solutions provider, has signed a representation agreement with PT Nusantara Turbin dan Propulsi (PT NTP), an Indonesian engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services company. The partnership was formalized at the Bali International Airshow on September 20, 2024.

The agreement was signed by Tedi Permadi, Director of Operations and Commerce at PT NTP, Tarmizi Kemal Fasysa Lubis, President Director of PT NTP, and Manoj John, Founder & CEO of AeroConnections. The signing ceremony was attended by industry professionals and Indonesian government officials.

Manoj John, commenting on the partnership, said, “We are excited to be partnering with PT NTP. This collaboration with a recognized Engine MRO service provider aligns perfectly with our mission to provide top-tier solutions to our customers and to various commercial and military operators in the region.”

AeroConnections, founded in 2019, specializes in aircraft spare parts, consumables, and ground support equipment. The company serves over 100 airlines and MROs from its base in the United Arab Emirates.

PT NTP, headquartered in Bandung, Indonesia, has been providing engine MRO services for civil and military aircraft and industrial equipment for over 36 years. The company is an authorized maintenance provider for manufacturers such as General Electric, Honeywell, and Solar Turbine.

This partnership is expected to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience for both companies in the aviation aftermarket sector.

AeroConnections is ISO 9001:2015 certified and a member of the Aviation Suppliers Association. The company represents several international aviation equipment manufacturers, including Mask-off Co. (USA), Factem (France), and Jiangsu Tianyi Airport Equipment Co. Ltd. (China).
