Philippine Airlines (PAL) has been recognized as the Best Employer Brand of 2024 at the LinkedIn Talent Awards for the Philippines. The award, given to companies with 5,000 to 10,000 employees, acknowledges PAL’s efforts in fostering a high-performing work environment and service culture.

“At Philippine Airlines, our steadfast mandate has been to build a high-performance employee culture so that we can attract, develop and engage a truly dynamic and innovative team that extends Buong Pusong Alaga (wholehearted care) to our valued customers at every stage of their travel experience across our network,” said Captain Stanley K. Ng, PAL President & Chief Operating Officer.

The airline also received recognition as a finalist for the Learning Champion award, highlighting PAL’s dedication to employee growth and development.

“We are deeply grateful for the affirmation demonstrated by this double victory as LinkedIn’s Best Employer Brand as well as Top Finalist for Learning Champion of 2024. The recognition inspires us to continue investing in our incredible team to empower them with an environment of excellence and continuous learning,” added Captain Ng.

In 2023, PAL launched the PAL Multiversity, a corporate learning space dedicated to offering holistic professional and personal development to its more than 6,000 employees. The program is based on the 70-20-10 developmental model.

This latest recognition follows a string of accolades for PAL in recent years. In 2023, the airline ranked among the top for customer service in a survey conducted by PDI/Statista. PAL also secured the top spot as Asia-Pacific’s most punctual airline in January 2024, according to Cirium’s global airline reliability tracking reports.
