“We are honored to receive this award from LinkedIn for the second year in a row,” said Felix Dan Lopez, Cebu Pacific Chief Human Resources Officer. “Moving forward, we will stay committed to meaningfully engaging with our current employees and future talents, empowering them to make a valuable impact in the aviation industry.”

Cebu Pacific was also a finalist for the Talent Insights Pioneer category, which acknowledges companies who leverage LinkedIn Talent Insights for informed talent decisions.

The airline’s dedication to employee engagement is evident in its various initiatives, including organizing events to strengthen staff camaraderie and offering LinkedIn Learning licenses to over 4,000 employees to promote professional development. The budget airline also prioritizes creating an inclusive workplace through equal employment opportunities and programs celebrating diversity.

This commitment to employee well-being has led to Cebu Pacific receiving the Great Place to Work® certification this year, a distinction recognizing its positive work environment and employee experiences. The airline is the only airline in Southeast Asia to achieve this certification.

Furthermore, Cebu Pacific was recognized as one of the top 100 best employers for fresh graduates in 2024 by Prosple, a careers and education technology company.
