Low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific is further strengthening its hub in Cebu by launching new domestic and international routes.
Starting October 24, 2024, the carrier will introduce direct flights from Cebu to San Vicente, Palawan, operating four times weekly.
The new Cebu-San Vicente service will allow travelers to explore Palawan’s natural attractions such as Port Barton, Bigaho Waterfalls, Pamuayan Falls, and the Long Beach in San Vicente, the longest white-sand beach in the country.
“Cebu Pacific is thrilled to expand our domestic network by introducing flights to San Vicente. This new route will not only offer travelers the opportunity to experience the tranquility of San Vicente’s pristine beaches and fishing villages, but will also allow us to boost inter-island connectivity and strengthen our commitment of providing accessible and affordable flights for every Juan,” said Xander Lao, Cebu Pacific’s President and Chief Commercial Officer.
Flight DG-6628 departs from Cebu at 1:05 PM and arrives in San Vicente at 3:00 PM. The return flight, DG-6629, departs from San Vicente at 3:20 PM and arrives back in Cebu at 5:15 PM.
Cebu Pacific is also launching two other new routes from Cebu—a thrice-weekly service to Masbate starting October 25, 2024, and flights to Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport commencing October 2, 2024.
The Cebu-Masbate flights will operate every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, operated by Cebgo’s ATR 72-600 aircraft.
Meanwhile, the Cebu-Bangkok route will fly three times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays using the airline’s Airbus A320neo fleet.
From Cebu, the low-cost airline currently operates flights to 23 domestic and and four international destinations.
