Budget airline Cebu Pacific has signed a three-year agreement with The Vanguard Academy to provide work immersion opportunities for senior high school students and young adults with special abilities.
The partnership aims to promote diversity and inclusivity in the workplace by offering these individuals a chance to gain hands-on experience and showcase their talents at Cebu Pacific.
“We believe that every Juan deserves equal opportunities to succeed.”
Felix Lopez, Cebu Pacific’s Chief Human Resources Officer
Lopez added: “By partnering with The Vanguard Academy, we hope to create a more inclusive society where all individuals are given the opportunity to showcase their talents and make meaningful contributions to the workforce.”
