Philippine Airlines (PAL) will reinstate direct flights between Cebu and Osaka Kansai International Airport on July 1st, 2024, marking a strategic return of this route to the airline’s network.

The flag carrier will operate the Cebu-Osaka service four times weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

The Cebu-Osaka route will be operated on board its 199-seat Airbus A321 aircraft.

Flight PR-410 will depart Cebu (CEB) at 1:00 PM and arrive in Osaka Kansai (KIX) at 6:30 PM. The return flight, PR-409, will depart Osaka at 7:20 PM and land in Cebu at 11:05 PM.

The resumption of this service aims to revitalize travel and tourism between the Philippines and Japan, with a particular focus on connections from the Visayas region.

Cebu is a key PAL hub, offering seamless international connections to cities like Bangkok, Seoul-Incheon, and Tokyo-Narita, further strengthening the airline’s global network.
