On Valentine’s Day, several provincial airports operated by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) surprised arriving passengers with a unique celebration.

Travelers landing at airports in Naga, Virac, San Jose, and Tacloban were greeted with Malasakit Kits, which included chocolates and fresh roses.

In addition to the treats, passengers had the opportunity to capture their Valentine’s Day memories at photo booths set up at these airports.

The initiative aimed to provide a stress-free and comfortable journey for passengers on this special occasion.

At Bicol International Airport, the celebration took a different turn.

Each traveler was presented with a teddy bear crafted from a soft face towel, accompanied by a bar of chocolate, adding a personal touch to the festivities.

CAAP Director General Captain Manuel Antonio Tamayo commended the Area managers for their initiative:

These actions during Valentine’s Day provide relaxation and relieve stress for passengers at the airport, ensuring a comfortable journey for them.

These gestures highlight the focus on passenger satisfaction and providing comfortable and enjoyable journeys at CAAP-managed airports.
