New Mabuhay Lounge inaugurated in Cebu

Philippine Airlines (PAL) has opened a new Mabuhay Lounge at the domestic terminal of Mactan-Cebu International Airport. The 114-seater lounge is designed to provide a comfortable and luxurious space for passengers to relax and recharge before their flights.

The lounge features a fusion of modern Filipino interiors, with vibrant color tones, wooden touches, and sleek furnishings. The dining area offers a buffet of food and refreshments, including PAL’s signature PAL Arroz Caldo. There are also plush lounging chairs, private charging outlets, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

PAL President and Chief Operating Officer Capt. Stanley K. Ng said the new lounge is part of the airline’s commitment to build up Mactan-Cebu as its fastest growing hub.

“The Mabuhay Lounge serves as a sanctuary of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of travel,” he said. “We would like to thank our PAL Chairman & CEO, Dr. Lucio C. Tan, and PAL Vice Chairman, Mrs. Carmen Tan, for their leadership and support in making this milestone possible.”

The new lounge is open to Business Class and Comfort Class passengers, as well as Mabuhay Miles Elite, Premier Elite, and Million Miler members.
