Cebu Pacific removes expiration for travel funds, extends travel voucher validity

Cebu Pacific has updated its customer policies, providing customers longer travel voucher validity and non-expiring travel funds.

From August 1, the Manila-based budget carrier announced that it travel funds provided by the airline to customers will no longer have an expiration date. Those with a MyCebuPacific account can also use their travel funds for booking flights on behalf of their family members of friends.

Previously, travel funds were valid for six (6) months from the date of conversion. Travel funds can be used to pay for new bookings or flight add-ons.

In addition, the travel voucher validity has been extended from six (6) to 18 months.

“The improvements in our customer care policies, especially the non-expiry of our Travel Fund, is a testament to our commitment to our passengers and our promise to keep listening and improving. With these enhancements, we hope to make air travel even more accessible to every Juan,” said Candice Iyog, Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer, Cebu Pacific.
