PAL to offer limited Cebu-Laoag flights

Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced on social media that it will operate two special flights between Cebu and Laoag in time for the 10th Himala sa Buhangin festival in Ilocos Norte.

The flights will be operated on May 12 and 15, 2023, aboard PAL’s 86-seat De Havilland Dash 8-400 NextGen aircraft.

Flight 2P-2200 will depart from Cebu at 8:50 AM and will arrive at Laoag at 11:00 AM. After a 20-minute turnaround time, flight 2P-2201 will depart from Laoag at 11:20 AM and will arrive back in Cebu at 1:40 PM.

Himala sa Buhangin is an annual music and arts festival held in the Paoay Sand Dunes, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. It is held every May as part of the La Milagrosa Provincial Fiesta. The festival features a variety of activities, including art installations, music performances, sandboarding, and dune bashing.

Tickets for the special flights are now available for purchase on PAL’s website and through its travel partners.
