AirAsia Philippines, a low-cost airline that offers flights to over 100 cities worldwide, has reported a 95 percent increase in forward bookings for March 2023 compared to the same period last year.

The airline said it sold 475,000 seats for guests travelling from 1 to 31 March 2023, with Cebu, Boracay, Tacloban, Taipei, Bangkok and Seoul as the top domestic and international destinations.

AirAsia’s competitive pricing is still seen as among the top motivators for guests choosing to fly with us. Our effort of mounting different online and on-ground travel promos is our way of providing the best value for our guests’ hard-earned money.

Steve Dailisan, AirAsia Philippines Communications and Public Affairs Country Head

To attract more travelers to book their flights earlier, AirAsia Philippines is offering another round of P1SO Sale from March 13-19, 2023. Guests can enjoy a PHP1 one-way base fare to various local destinations from Manila and Cebu-Mactan International Airport.

International destinations such as Macao, Taipei, Bangkok, Bali, Tokyo and Osaka are also available for as low as PHP511 to PHP2,811 for travels from September 4, 2023 to August 13, 2024.

Dailisan also advised guests to plan ahead and book their flights earlier to enjoy affordable rates and exciting deals on hotels and activities through the airasia SuperApp.

The airline also reminded its guests to allocate ample time before their estimated time of departure in NAIA to ensure smooth check-in and boarding processes.
