Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, is getting into the holiday spirit by offering a special festive menu on selected flights from December 23 to 25.

The menu, available on routes including the US, UK, Canada, Lebanon, South Korea, the Philippines, Seychelles, South Africa, Australia, and most destinations across Europe, features festive favorites such as turkey roulade, chestnut stuffing, and chocolate yule log with cherry compote.

In a first for the airline, Etihad will also be celebrating New Year’s Eve on all flights that cross midnight in the sky, with custom fun props for guests, celebratory giveaways, and celebratory drinks served before midnight.

In addition to the festive menu and New Year’s celebration, Etihad’s award-winning E-BOX inflight entertainment will feature a dedicated “Holiday Movies” channel with festive classics like Love Actually and Home Alone, as well as themed TV programming and music for the season.

To make the holiday travel experience even more convenient, Etihad is also offering a quick self-service bag drop facility that allows passengers to check in and process their bags in less than two minutes.

Passengers are encouraged to share their holiday experiences with Etihad by tagging #Etihad and @Etihad on social media.

Etihad currently flies to Manila twice daily using a mix of Boeing 787-9 and Boeing 787-10 aircraft.
