Cebu Pacific continues Tacloban flights amidst typhoon aftermath

216

Cebu Pacific is prioritizing relief efforts and passenger assistance in Tacloban following the devastation of Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan).

The airline is operating four flights daily between Cebu and Tacloban. The first flight of each day is exclusively dedicated to passengers affected by flight cancellations in the wake of the typhoon, as well as the transport of critical humanitarian aid.

Seats on the remaining flights can be booked through the Cebu Pacific website, reservation hotlines (02) 7020-888 or (032) 230-8888, or via travel agents.

Due to the current situation, Tacloban Airport is temporarily restricted to turbo-prop aircraft flights. Cebu Pacific is working closely with government authorities to facilitate the resumption of normal operations as quickly as possible.

Affected passengers with flights to or from the Visayas region, Bicol region, Palawan, Mindoro, and select Mindanao destinations between November 7th and 15th, 2013, are eligible to rebook, reroute their flights without penalties, or receive a full refund or travel fund. Passengers can contact (02) 7020-888 or (032) 230-8888 for assistance.
